“The top 20 restaurants in Kildare are combining to produce an unrivalled dining experience at the K Club’s Legacy Suite on Sunday, August 19.
As part of the Taste of Kildare food festival, which takes place in the K Club’s Walled Garden on the day, local restaurants and suppliers will come together to host a gala lunch for 300 pre-sold guests, with tickets at just €85 each including selected beverages.
What better feeling than to sit down for finest locally produced Sunday lunch in the wonderful surrounds of the Legacy Suite?
There is also the opportunity to rub shoulders with world renowned TV chef and author Rachel Allen, fellow TV chef and seafood expert Martin Shanahan, Ross Lewis of Chapter One and the award-winning Thomas Haughton.
As well as food, the walled garden event will also feature craft beer, wine tasting, children’s activities and music from renowned singer-songwriter Paddy Casey, a jazz band and DJ.
Visitors will be able to view the All-Ireland hurling final live on a big screen.
Taste of Kildare will be the highlight of Taste of Kildare Week – when the county’s restaurants will host a celebration of local flavours, countywide tastings and free demonstrations.
