Back to Business in Athy
It’s not just a return to school this week but a return of the Athy Business Network meetings after the summer recess.
The next Athy Business network meeting will take place on Thursday 5th September 2013 at 6.00 pm in the Clanard Court Hotel and thereafter on the First Thursdays of the month. The meetings are being hosted by the North Kildare affiliated branch of Chambers Ireland.
The Athy Business Network meeting is open to all business, big or small who wish to meet other business people in a mutually supportive environment. The meetings last approximately an hour and are geared towards an exchange of ideas and information in a relaxed setting. They are particularly popular with sole traders and small business operators as they can act as a great sounding board for any particular challenges that a business may be trying to resolve on its own.
“It was decided to switch our Athy and South Kildare network meeting to the early evening following a request from our local members and to provide an alternative to the other three weekly early morning meetings that we host in Naas, Maynooth and Celbridge”, advised Allan Shine, Director of Membership Services. “We hope to be in a position to provide an update on progress on the formation of the countywide chamber for Kildare in 2014 at the next meeting”, he concluded.
