As we face into a further 2 weeks of the extra Covid-19 restrictions, we are aware of the acute pressure you and your business are under and we are anxious to assist you in any way we can.
You may already be aware of the Covid Business Supports that are currently available to all businesses in the country – those are detailed here. And there is additional detail on the LEO Kildare website here.
As an outcome of Friday’s announcement by government that Kildare must continue to function with local restrictions, additional supports have been made available to Kildare businesses. These are detailed here .
The Tánaiste has requested that the Kildare Local Enterprise Office make a list of recommendations for further measures that government can take to help you through the next two weeks and beyond. While we cannot guarantee that all suggestions will be delivered upon, we feel it is really important that our members are given a voice and assisted in every way possible.
Before any recommendations are put to the Tánaiste, Minister for Enterprise Trade and Employment, Leo Varadkar, TD, on your behalf, we really want to capture your own thoughts on actions and measures that could be taken that would facilitate sectors to continue trading in the County under current restrictions while still adhering to Covid safety guidelines.
