Coonan Property Maynooth, Celbridge and Naas sold last week at public auction a residence on 2.5 acres requiring refurbishment for €1.2 million.

The property attracted good interest prior to the auction. With a busy action room and with select clientele, the bidding was opened with an opening bid of €700,000. Bidding went in increments of €50,000 until it reached €1,050,000. Then bidding went in increments of €25,000 until the hammer fell at €1.2 million.
All parties were extremely delighted with the successful auction and two of the underbidders expressed an interest in purchasing a similar type property after the auction
