I have over 30 years industry experience. 25 years of those as a Business, People and technical manager with Intel Ireland.
I bring my extensive multi-national business management experience from my time in Intel to my business coaching.
As a people manager at Intel I gained vast experience in hiring and developing people. I bring this experience to my Career coaching.
I left Intel in 2016 and re-trained as a Business and Personal coach with the Irish Life Coach institute. I started my own business, Enable Me Coaching, in Q4 2017.
As a Business coach I works with all levels across organizations from Individual Contributors to Senior Managers dealing with a wide range of topics such as team building, change management, strategic planning, self-confidence, leadership, Career management.
These services can be delivered collectively, as workshops, or as one to one individual coaching.
As a Career coach I work with people who are looking to make a career change, fulfill a career path or find work.
I am is very experienced in what employers are looking for in a candidate I have extensive experience in recruitment, interviewing and hiring.
As a career coach I engage with clients in a thought provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. I deal with both career management (career values, career anchors, career progression) and career transition (CV preparation, interview preparation, job searches, identifying and connecting the client with what they have to offer and matching this to what employers are looking for.
My passion has always been people development. I love working with them to facilitate their own positive changes and growth.
