Coonan Cawley was established in 2000 and practises in the area of private clients and commercial law. They also focus on the provision of a wide range of services including financial, tax and estate planning including wills, administration of estates, conveyancing (commercial and private), agricultural property, commercial law, company law, charity law and charity governance to include board, roles, sub-committees and rotation policies, risk management to include core issues regarding public perceptions and charity funding (public and private).
Susanna Cawley qualified as a practising solicitor in 1997. Susanna has a degree in Economics and Politics plus a Masters Degree in Economics.
Susanna Cawley has several years experience working with and advising charities. She was recently Acting Manager of a charity to assist the charity to get to a proper place re governance in Ireland for almost two years. She continues to advise in the areas of corporate governance, corporate secretarial duties, data protection etc. Susanna currently sits on two charity boards, Timoney Leadership Group and Kilashee Board of Management.
