Irish Red Cross, Newbridge join forces with the Chamber
North Kildare Chamber today welcomed Irish Red Cross in Newbridge to its growing membership. Speaking this morning, Allan Shine, CEO of the Chamber in Kildare said “The Irish Red Cross is such a worthy Charity. Here in Kildare they provide such essential services such as providing voluntary ambulance services, rescue services and a broad variety of community based health, social care and youth programmers. Profits from the Irish Red Cross shop in Newbridge funds the charity’s humanitarian programmes and services in communities in Ireland and around the world.
The Chamber urge the Kildare community at large to visit the charity shop in Kildare as the charity requires donations of women’s and men’s fashion along with household items and books. All items for donation can be dropped in to the shop Monday to Saturday 10.00am – 5.30pm, Shine concluded.
Helen Whiteley , Deputy Manager of the Irish Red Cross store in Newbridge said “ We are delighted to join the Chamber, it will provide us with so many business contacts from throughout Kildare, the opportunities that are available through the Chamber network is essential for the awareness of the Irish Red Cross in Kildare”.
