Keeneland Family Day at the Curragh takes place on Sunday 7th August 2016. Featuring the Keeneland Phoenix Stakes this is the first European two year old Group 1 race of 2016. A clash between some of the best colts and fillies around.
Bring the children and while the adults are cheering the winner’s home, the little ones can enjoy the FREE Keeneland Kids Zone featuring bouncy castles, face painters, arts and craft workshops and a chance to meet famous cartoon characters.
The feature race is sponsored by Keeneland, based at Lexington in Kentucky. Keeneland is both the world’s biggest thoroughbred sales company, attracting buyers from over 50 different countries each year and is also home to one of America’s most beautiful racecourses.
