Our Guest Speaker is Noelle Burke, Senior HR Manager with Microsoft Ireland
Noelle Burke is an Senior Human Resources Manager with Microsoft Ireland. She has experience from both small Irish companies and large blue chip multinationals organisations. Having worked in the Technology, Manufacturing, Sales & Financial Services industries across Ireland & EMEA.
As an accomplished leader she has demonstrated her ability in Coaching and Leading Teams, Delivering Strategic HR/Business Solutions, Problem Solving and Driving Organisational Change for greater business impact.
Noelle is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, she holds a Masters in Strategic HR Leadership and has an honors Degree in HR and Industrial Relations. Noelle is a high achiever, she is passionate about people and delivering business results. She takes calculated risks and enjoys collaboration and relationship building.
